Product Manager
This work supported performance measure data collection from more than 50 entities. Juliette managed a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, and data scientists to develop and maintain the 0-1 product. She designed the project vision, balancing client and customer needs. She also established a data steward role to improve data quality for the cross-site evaluation. Multiple reports have been issued using these data.
Concept Creator and Author
Programs and organizations should engage in continuous improvement to increase their chances of achieving their goals. This brief describes how a set of grant recipients can use existing data and an improvement framework to identify areas for innovation and improvement. Juliette drove the conceptualization of the product and authored the brief.
Product Lead and Author
This evidence review aimed to identify longitudinal predictors of adolescent sexual behaviors. Juliette led the review, including strategy development, process improvement, team management and mentoring, and analysis. The findings were published in the Journal of Adolescent Health.
